What is Ancient Wisdom Mantra Meditation?
Meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body’s own inner intelligence. Practiced for thousands of years, it’s not about forcing the mind to be quiet; it’s about finding the silence that’s already there and making a part of your life.
This meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India. Primordial sounds – the basic, most essential sounds of nature – are used to disconnect us from the acidity of life. These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth.
Your personal ancient wisdom primordial sound mantra is obtained from your time of birth, place of birth, and date of birth. Once your mantra has been determined, you will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquility, and compassion within.

What Will I Learn?
There are three separate sessions in this course. You will learn the basic principles and history of meditation, and the importance of your personal mantra. You will also gain knowledge of the practical aspects of meditation. You will receive your personal instruction in your ancient wisdom sound mantra, how to use it, and experience your first meditation with your individual mantra. The final session will be an exploration of the higher states of consciousness that can be achieved through meditation
