This year, I am choosing EXPANSION—not through force or striving, but through trust and alignment.
Expansion is the gentle widening of my heart, my energy, and my capacity to receive.
It’s releasing old limits and allowing my soul to take up more space in my life.
I’m saying yes to growth beyond my current self, increased understanding of myself and others, more connection to my higher self, my higher power.
I’m saying yes to growth that feels nourishing, grounded, and guided by Spirit.
More truth. More ease. More embodiment.
More of who I already am becoming.
